Participants agree that Fanny Freckles and Mississippi Mayhem can use their image and/or likeness, name, biographical information, any recordings, photographs, and/or videotape in unlimited promotional, advertising and merchandising purposes in any format or media either displayed, distributed or sold. I hereby release the sponsors, Mississippi Mayhem, Fanny Freckles and Mister from any claim for damage or liability as a result of an accident or injury which may occur while participating in the Mississippi Mayhem Valve Cover Race. I also release the right, title and claim of photography that may be taken by Fanny Freckles, Mister, Mississippi Mayhem or any official photographer for their future use. I have read this Expectation Statement and fully understand and agree to abide by the terms therein. I hereby state that I have read and understand the Valve Cover Race rules and agree to abide by said rules during the Mississippi Mayhem Valve Cover Race. As a participant in the Mississippi Mayhem Valve Cover Race, I agree to the terms and conditions above. Furthermore, I understand that Mississippi Mayhem is a family event and strict adherence to the rules must be followed. The undersigned further agrees that failure to abide by the rules stated in this application can lead to immediate expulsion from the Mississippi Mayhem Valve Cover Race and Mississippi Mayhem with no reimbursement or legal recourse whatsoever.
