Mississippi Mayhem is a vintage motor festival.
To maintain a feeling of stepping back in time, certain restrictions are placed on show vehicles. We welcome all cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles, minbikes, motorized-bikes, pedal-bikes, what have you to attend. But, since we are trying to establish a certain nostalgic feel to the show, please understand that only vehicles meeting certain criteria will be featured.
It’s simple.
Mississippi Mayhem welcomes all vehicles up to 1976.
We have two show lots: Feature and Premier.
They are both within the show grounds. Feature is to the left, Premier to the right.
Premier Parking is for all vehicles older than 1976.
Feature Parking is for vehicles 1964 and older meeting the following criteria:
- Built 1964 and earlier
- Wheels must be period correct. No billet.
- No low profile or raised white letter tires
- No modern high back seats
- No 80’s monochromatic paint
- No IFS on fenderless cars
- No TPI/EFI & No HEI (with open hoods)
We prefer hoods remained closed on all cars displayed at the show.

CYCLE CRITERIA
Chopper, Bobber or Café Racer
No twin cam Harleys
No new Indians, Buell, Big Dog, or West Coast Chopper/OCC Style bikes
No billet – anything!
No digital gauges
No aluminum wheels
No wide rear tires

All vehicles up to 1976 are welcome.
Registration for 2023 has closed.
You can still show up at the gate and get in. The show opens at noon on Friday and 9am on Saturday. No early access unless you are pre-registered.

Mayhem Etiquette
- Be nice to the gate workers - they are motor enthusiasts like you
- parking is first come, first serve - please do as instructed by the parkiing crew
- if you wish to park as a group, please arrive as one
- if someone in your group is asked to park in the premier lot and you want to park together as a group, you may all do so in premier
- We prefer hoods closed, Unless you have something really awesome going on under there. If someone comes up and asks you about your engine, by all means show it! But for general display purposes, open hoods break up the lines of the car. Showcase those curves!
- There is a time and place for burnouts. it's at 3pm on saturday in the burnout pit.
- Animals are not allowed on the fairgrounds - no dogs peeing on tires please. Fake or alive.
- There is no shade on the grounds. You are welcome to bring a pop up canopy to set up by your car. Although if you are doing Mayhem right, you will not spend much time at it.
- Speaking of, we recommend you spend more time partaking in one of the many activities held during Mayhem, than dusting/polishing your car or sitting behind it.
- Mayhem is a no trophy show. However, clubs are encouraged to present awards for their favorite vehicle. This happens at 6pm on Saturday.
- Mayhem is mostly about rolling up, finding a place to park and then going off to have a good time. So do that!
